14-Day Return Policy We proudly offer a 14-day return policy to our European community. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original eco-friendly packaging.
The Beauty of Imperfection (Natural Materials) Please note that all our jewelry is crafted using natural freshwater pearls and raw gemstones, such as agate. Variations in color, shape, and size are natural characteristics of these materials. The unique organic forms of Baroque pearls and the natural inclusions within gemstones are what make each piece one-of-a-kind. These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify as faulty items.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@auratidejewels.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
